Competition Regulations

1. Organisation
The "Your pet's story can become a MyPetLy" contest is organised by MyPetLy (getmypetly.com).

2. Participation
Anyone residing in mainland Portugal, aged 18 or over, may participate.
Participation is free and without any obligation to purchase.

3. Contest period
The contest runs from 9 April to 9 May 2026, inclusive.
Entries submitted outside this period will not be considered.

4. How to participate
To participate, interested parties must fill out the form with the following information:

Name
Email
Pet's name
Story (2 to 5 lines)
Pet's photo

4.1 Sharing
To participate, share this contest on your stories and tag us @getmypetly.pt
This is how you help us reach more families and their pets.

Each participant may submit only one entry.

5. Selection of the winner
The winner will be selected by the MyPetLy team based on the criterion of the most special and emotional story, at their sole discretion.
There is no draw — the choice is editorial and subjective.

6. Prize
The winner will receive a customised MyPetLy frame (21x30), created from their pet's photo, sent to the address provided after contact by email.
The prize has no monetary value, is non-transferable and non-replaceable.

7. Winner announcement
The winner will be contacted by email and announced on the MyPetLy Instagram page by 12 May 2026.
If the winner does not respond to the email within 5 working days, MyPetLy reserves the right to select another entry.

8. Use of entries
By submitting their entry, the participant authorises MyPetLy to share the story and/or photo of the pet on its social media and other communication channels, with due identification if applicable.

9. Data protection
The data collected is used exclusively for contest management and MyPetLy communications. Participants can cancel at any time. Consult our Privacy Policy at getmypetly.com.

10. Final provisions
MyPetLy reserves the right to cancel or change the contest in case of force majeure, notifying participants through the same channels.
Participation implies full acceptance of these regulations.
