All MyPetly products are personalized and created from the photo provided by the customer.
After payment confirmation, the order enters production.
Production time is up to 2 business days.
Once completed, the order is carefully packed and prepared for shipping.

MyPetly offers free shipping.
Orders are shipped via DPD.
After dispatch, you will receive a tracking email.
